How long does it take to ship my order?

Our quality clothing is custom made, so they are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days. This may be sooner or later depending on how busy we are at the time.

Do we offer returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and free from pet hair. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

From 24th November 2025, any order placed until 31st December 2025 will be eligible for return until 31st January 2026. Any orders placed after 31st December will be subject to our normal 30-day return policy. If you need to discuss your return further, please contact our customer care team info@juststrong.com
Please note, we do not accept returns on Gift Cards & Customized items. This does not affect your statutory rights, please ask our Customer Service team for more information. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but we do offer exchanges on these.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. We do not currently offer free or pre-paid labels, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by weight and distance. UK shipping is typically £3.99 and international shipping is usually a little more.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes we do. As every product is custom made, the size charts are located on the individual product pages.
